This website of Macrobiotics International is extremely useful for making the best Macrobiotics professionals in the world accessible to everyone.
It was born out of a conversation I had with Professor Francisco Varatojo.
Throughout our lives we were great friends, although we saw each other very rarely. When one of us needed something, the other was there. Always willing to help.
So this website was born after I contacted him once again to find a cook for a client of mine.
After the usual difficulty and hassle of choosing a good professional to cook for him, I said to him “Chico, we need a website that lists the best macrobiotic professionals, so that we don’t have this problem all the time”.
As with other times when I’ve suggested needs within Macrobiotics worldwide, he kept thinking without telling me, but within months the idea materialized.
As it was with this website.
I miss Chico and going through life making dreams come true.
