Maria Afonso Sancho was born in Portugal in the second half of the 20th century.
She has worked in fashion, cinema and journalism, while immersing herself in the search for canons, to find answers about healing, happiness, death, truth, life and its meaning. A member of Mensa International, a multidisciplinary artist, she held the title of Naturologist for having developed her own method (Personal Alignment), and another of Naturopath until 2014. She is currently a senior teacher of Macrobiotics, an international lecturer, a consultant and also works as a mentor, only for very ambitious people.
She has published seven books and has an eighth in the pipeline.
Like everyone else, Maria Afonso Sancho is a complex being, who has synthesized everything she has learned throughout her life. What she likes most is learning and helping other people to be who they are. Fully.

Maria Afonso Sancho comes from a different time, a time when diplomas had a very relative value. Hardly anyone studied to get a degree. They were just a consequence of your studies.
As a member of Mensa.org he learned so quickly that he was bored to death in most schools. So, from a certain point onwards, she studied self-taught under the mentorship of the best Masters she could find. She held a number of titles, such as Naturologist and Naturopath, until 2014, and is still a senior teacher of Macrobiotics.
Diplomas? She has a few, as well as a mountain of certificates, which grows every month because she’s always studying.
In all of this, the most important diploma was the 4th grade: an unpretentious and simple confirmation that she could read, write and count, with notions of history and geography.
This was the basis for everything else he learned, and with it the discovery of new worlds in a quest for the canon and the Truth.

My name is Madalena Pires de Lima. I’m 48 years old, I’m from Santo Tirso, I’m an Early Childhood Educator and

threw me into bed, with symptoms of depression, hot flushes, insomnia and endless anguish. Maria was the lever by day and
by night to keep me alive, always focused on my self-healing, even in the midst of a whirlwind of additional problems, which
could have led to my death.
At no time did he abandon me, taking me to the center of the flame to prove to me that that’s where it burns the least.
And so, under her guidance as a tender, motherly coach (even though she’s not old enough to be my mother), I got up.
Without using synthetic chemicals, in a therapy of self-knowledge, of holistic teachings, (practical and simple that began to
make perfect sense), of careful and tasty food, of simple little tricks that are applied in each case and that led me
back to HEALTH AND HAPPINESS.
For all these reasons, this is not a letter of recommendation, but a letter of ETERNAL GRATITUDE, which I hope will help
many other WOMEN and MEN IN SOUND. She makes a point of empowering us. And she knows so much about using only “methods of
Good”: those of Love and Compassion.
Maria Afonso Sancho, with her “PERSONAL OPINIONS” as a former naturopath, has already helped to self-heal (she won’t let me say that
she has “healed” anyone, because she only believes in Self-Healing) many people with cancer, depression and the most varied illnesses.
She knows that incurable diseases are a myth.
For me, more than a friend and a therapist, she is my EMBASSADOR OF HEALTH AND HAPPINESS.
